PLATFORM REALITY
PS5 is different from Xbox.
For DualSense output on PS5, XIM documents a LAN / Remote Play connection by default; a direct USB alternative requires supported additional hardware. Xbox controller output uses USB with an Xbox controller for authentication. Always follow the relevant official steps for the output type selected.
